From the time I was a child, I've always been curious about new technology. This led me to an exciting career of more than 30 years in telecom. While helping my elderly parents and friends learn more about how to use technology, I realized providing patient, friendly support to improve your experience with technology is what I truly love doing.

Consultation
I offer an initial free 15 minute telephone consultation followed by either additional discussion by telephone or a visit in person depending on what type of help is required. No crazy technical jargon or judgement...I am strictly focused on providing what will help you as quickly as possible. Listening patiently to understand what is required is what I do best.
Implementation and Training
Need a newer, faster phone, tablet or computer? Just starting your technology journey and uncertain what technology to get? I can help you find out what's available, choose what's best for your requirements and connect and configure everything to work exactly the way you want. It's an exciting time and there are great opportunities to learn as we go.
Support
Whether it's your internet connection and email not working or you're struggling with uncooperative technology or services, I can get things back to normal through in person or remote assistance. And I'm happy to talk to your service provider's help desk staff or work with distant family too to get you back in service quickly.
